Amusing Meditations
This is a quarterly event series hosted by InterUrban ArtHouse where I present a 90 minute structured session of creative mindfulness.

Recovery Meditation
Join me every Thursday at 9 am for Recovery Meditation. This is a one-hour, free, beginner friendly class open to all ages and experience levels. The focus is calm comfort, regulating the nervous system, and learning basic meditation techniques which can be used outside the class as well.
Inner Space Yoga at 27th and Troost in KCMO hosts Recovery Meditation, as well as yoga, tai chi, kung fu, qi gong, 5 rhythms, yoga nidra, ritual, wiggle room and more. Button goes to their website where you can learn more and book classes.
